The wow Factor?
ISAM wow factor comes to those who truly loves Amon Tobin's music and can interpret the content of the music he brought. First is the concept, boxes, 3D projection that is so realistic and mind-blowing. The boxes as the stage, seriously, how can they think about something so amazing like that? The effect on the boxes! so out of the world, the spaceship, the space texture on the projection so WOW

Question 4: if there is one thing that you want to add to this interactive artwork, what would it be?
For me, the Dubstep and the 3d Projection are perfect to occupied the interaction of the hearing and vision senses. But in my opinion to make it more interactive, some motion-based interaction shall be put in the ISAM. See, ISAM is a live tour concert. There's crowd watching the ISAM and the ISAM is merely for visualising the music. If the crowd's gesture can influence the beat in the dubstep and the 3d projection, it should be more perfect!
For instance, if they have the system like Kinect to recognize the crowd gesture.

Question 3: What Elements Made this Interactive Art Successful In Engaging You?
I guess, it is because the ISAM is something that i can swallow on my brain, really well-accepted, really amazed me for the awesome 3d graphic projection. What i,ve seen in this piece of art is something that ive never seen before, something new. Who knows that projections can be this super cool? How the graphic suits into the music, how every goes well and blends into each other and engage my emotion. This is what happen, i felt the content- the rebel, the paradigm shift, the technology revolution feels deep inside me. This interactive art is carrying it own message!

Question 2: How did you Feel whe you First Saw this Interactive Art?
Yeah, I was "high" to the music. When i was stressed out for my ID assignment, gave up and started this interaction studies assignment, watch the ISAM, and i was like OMG! This is a temporary gateaway for the stresses. The ISAM interactive art took me away from the reality awhile. I was relaxing the messed up mind to this awesome art.
Question 1: What Attracted you to this Piece of Art in the First Place?
I knew about Amon Tobin dubstep. This is my first point, but i never knew that his live music tour got this kind of SUPER AWESOME installation and projection art before! The music fit perfectly to the graphic, every beat in the music is in the 3d projection, those thing are perfect, flawless and breath-taking pieces of art that caught me in the first place.
INTERACTIVITY!
I wish i were there to experience the music and the graphic on the music tour. For me, It will be a really OUT_OF_THE_WORLD interactive art for me. I do love Dubstep music, i can easily get "High" by the dubstep. Dubstep is a kind of music that can associate out emotions from me, the beats, drops and electrical loops are like interacting with me. Its like expressing something deep inside my feelings, that I can't even explain.
The 3D projection, a really cool way of visualizing the music. The contents of the projection are mostly about the electro-stuffs, future graphics, mechanical-related graphics that really suits the mood of Dubstep. There's a feels of rebellious in the graphics. The music is undeniably good, while the 3d projection is actually interacting with us. "Taste the music" that is the way i interpret the ISAM, The installation arts is a creatively arranged boxes, with a box for Amon Tobin to play his music. So cool! He's like the leader of the electro-army that sre going to conquer our body by the music.
Its like 'forget about the rest' moment, ISAM like communicating to us with the music and the super awesome 3d projection graphic that can make us stunned.

What is this?
This is ISAM (Invented Sound Applied on Music) Installation art + 3D video projection + electro music made by Amon Tobin. The installation art 'acts' as the crowd's centre of attraction to visualize the electro music, dubsteps basically.
These installation will be displayed during his live music tours around the Europe. The installation started in 2011 to match the unreleased tracks (back then) from the ISAM's album.
Who is Amon Tobin?
Brazilian-born Amon Tobin first emerged between 1994-1995 with a string of 12" singles on a small London-based record label called 9Bar Records. The album that followed, Adventures In Foam, paved the way for a whole generation of electronic productions and prompted his signing to the prodigious Ninja Tune in 1996. He has since gone on to record seven critically- acclaimed albums under his own name on Ninja that have since helped define the label as a force in musical innovation and diversity. In addition, Amon has produced a small number of radically diverse original scores ranging from George Palfi's cult cinema oddity Taxidermia to Tom Clancy's video game blockbuster Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory.
The depth and scope of Amon Tobin's work have had a far-reaching influence, garnering respect amongst producers and artists both within and outside electronic music. Whether with the classical avant garde Kronos Quartet or D'n'B legends Noisia, or on his own in some invented form, Amon has established a reputation for musical ingenuity that is unconfined by genre. Over a fifteen-year-long career Amon Tobin remains among one of the most visionary electronic artists of a generation.
The 2007 album Foley Room explored the role of found sound in modern day music. Documented on film, the process of recording minute insects to lions, wolves, engines and foley performances culminated in a much- lauded performance at the birthplace of musique concrete, the GRM Theatre in Paris. More recently, the famed London Metropolitan Orchestra performed selected works from a cross-section of his musical repertoire at the Royal Albert Hall. The performance included a piece from his forthcoming studio album due for release in early 2011.
Amon Tobin released 3 albums in 2011: a radical new studio album entitled ISAM, a new Two Fingers album, and an album of remixes of his Chaos Theory soundtrack work.

ISAM (Invented Sounds Applied to Music) is the seventh full-length studio album by Brazilian electronic musician Amon Tobin. It was initially slated to be released in both physical and digital media on 23 May 2011, however following the leak of a promotional copy the previous month the digital release was moved forward to 19 April.
Physical releases can include a limited edition CD artbook featuring images from Control Over Nature, an installation conceived by Amon Tobin and Saatchi collection artist Tessa Farmer which is thematically related to the music of ISAM. Farmer's work also features on the cover of the album.
In 2011 Tobin has developed a live show in support of the album ISAM fitting his criteria for a performance that is both live and purely electronic. He told Wired Magazine “The idea was to integrate myself, quite literally, into an audio and visual presentation of the album,”. It incorporates the use of new video mappingtechniques that are projected onto a large cubic structure from which Tobin performs. The show has been met with international acclaim described by Vice Magazine's Creators Project as "revolutionizing the live music experience".
Tobin has performed individual shows in many countries including tours in Europe, Australia, Japan, and the United States. His 2003 live performance in Melbourne, Australia was used for the fourth album in Ninja Tune's Solid Steel series because Tobin was not available to record a studio mix at the time.] Many songs from the original recording were omitted because of copyright issues with the original artists, including the R&B group Destiny's Child.

He is just the music producer. In this case, he want to express his electronic music more than a music which only can be heard by the ear and be felt in the emotional recognition by the user. He want to express the music with graphical projections so that the emotions of his music will be amazing. This is an awesome video installation, expressive art made. The stage is made by the coorperation of more than single visual production studio. I will write about it later.
